Summary Crucial's first PCIe 4.0 drive, with DRAM and an older generation of TLC flash than the T-series models. Can run very hot under heavy load and slow sharply without a heatsink. Uses the same TLC flash as the T700, with DRAM and low power use. Same controller as the T700 with faster flash; it can also run hot without a heatsink under sustained load. Rated to use less power than the T705, with a newer generation of TLC flash.
