| Summary | MLC flash without a write cache, so its write speed holds steady through long copies. | TLC flash keeps writes much faster than the 860 QVO and 870 QVO once the cache fills. | Samsung's first QLC drive; writes slow sharply once the cache fills, most on the 1TB. | Successor to the 860 QVO with newer QLC flash; writes still slow sharply once the cache fills, most on the 1TB. | Successor to the 860 EVO with newer TLC flash; small random reads are quicker, though sequential speeds are similar. |
