The Toughbook 55 Mk3 is a semi-rugged 14-inch work laptop with a magnesium body, carrying handle and replaceable expansion modules.
The case is IP53 rated and tested for drops from approximately 91 cm.
RAM, keyboard, battery, SSD and xPAK expansion modules can be removed and replaced.
Adding the optional second battery permits a battery swap without shutting the laptop down.
The touch configuration combines direct screen input with a 1,000-nit Full HD display for bright field conditions. The non-touch version suits keyboard-led work that does not need touch interaction.
