Keyboard is the weak point
PCWorld found the keyboard held its Core Ultra X9 388H review unit back: the keys lack enough contour to centre fingers by feel, do not feel firmly planted, and have inconsistent tactility. It is usable, but less refined than the rest of the laptop.
