The Snapdragon X2 Elite X2E-88-100 has 18 cores and 53 MB of cache, the X2E-80-100 has 12 cores and 34 MB, and both reach 4.7 GHz on a single core. The Snapdragon X2 Plus X2P-42-100 has 6 cores, 22 MB of cache and a 4.0 GHz maximum frequency. All three have an NPU rated at up to 80 TOPS.

Both X2 Elite versions have 32 GB of memory and 1 TB of storage. The X2 Plus versions have 16 GB with 512 GB or 1 TB of storage, and memory cannot be added later.
