Overview

Everyday and study Chromebook

The CM1405 is a 14-inch ChromeOS laptop for browser-based study, documents and everyday tasks. Its Kompanio 540 processor and fixed 4GB memory suit a straightforward web workflow, while the matte Full HD screen and built-in HDMI make it useful at a desk.

  • Matte Full HD workspace

The non-touch 1920×1080 display has an anti-glare finish and wide viewing angles. It gives documents and browser pages more room than a basic HD panel.

  • Connect a monitor and charge over USB-C

HDMI connects directly to a monitor or classroom display. Both USB-C ports also support display output and power delivery, making a USB-C desk setup an option.

  • Spill-resistant keyboard

The keyboard adds protection against everyday spills, a useful feature for a laptop carried between study spaces. Spill resistance does not make the whole laptop waterproof.

64GB or 128GB eMMC

Both catalog configurations have 4GB onboard memory that cannot be expanded. The 128GB version doubles local storage for downloads and offline files; the 64GB version is better suited to keeping most files online.
